Wilfried Heinzel AG was founded by the Austrian entrepreneur Wilfried Heinzel. At that time, the initial focus of the company’s business operations was on barter and triangular transactions, the import of chemicals for the pulp and paper industry and the export of finished products.
Acquisition of factories Laakirchen AG and Bunzl & Biach AG (Austria). These plants primarily produced graphic paper, tissue and special papers, and the industrial support enabled the Group to achieve further growth on international markets.
