Marketing and Communication Manager (m/f/d)

With our headquarters in Vienna and a diverse team of 140 employees across the globe, 85 are based in Vienna. We are currently seeking a Marketing & Communication Manager taking charge of both strategic & operational marketing and communications. You report directly to our CEO, Krunoslav Meic.

What we’re looking for

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Several years of experience in marketing and/or corporate communications, ideally within an international company.
Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken. Company language is English.
Independent and Solution-Oriented: Self-motivated, with a proven ability to work autonomously and tackle challenges creatively.
Tech-Savvy with Design Skills: Confident in using tools such as Canva, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Premiere Rush (or similar video editing programs), with an interest in leveraging new technologies for content creation.
Strong Communicator: Able to convey complex ideas simply and effectively to diverse audiences.
Collaborative and Proactive: Brings initiative and a positive team spirit, with an ability to work effectively across cultures and departments.

Your Tasks:
 
Drive Marketing and Brand Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that elevates our brand presence globally, ensuring alignment with heinzelsales' core mission of connecting the world’s pulp and paper markets.
Lead Communication Initiatives: Take ownership of internal and external communications, including media relations, social media, website management, and supporting management in communication efforts.
Manage the Intranet: Serve as the main point of contact for our intranet, leading content creation, introducing new ways to engage users, and optimizing its structure to boost information flow and collaboration.
Support Cross-Functional Goals: Collaborate closely with Management, HR, and Sustainability to align communication strategies that support organizational priorities, including talent engagement and sustainability initiatives.
Represent heinzelsales in Heinzel Group Communications: Act as the primary liaison for heinzelsales within the Group Communication team, ensuring alignment on strategies and collaborating on cross-company initiatives.
Organize Events and Trade Shows: Plan and oversee international events, trade shows, and conferences, ensuring heinzelsales is represented effectively and professionally.
Produce High-Quality Marketing Materials: Create, update, and enhance marketing materials and presentations, keeping our content visually engaging and aligned with our global brand.

We offer a gross annual salary from EUR 45.000,- with the willingness to overpay depending on experience and qualifications.
