What we’re looking for
Education: Completion of commercial school and a comprehensive understanding of business administration
First work experience: (including through internships) in export management or logistics is an advantage
Language skills: Fluency in French and English (company language), German is an advantage
IT Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
Individual skills: Structured, precise and communicative personality, who is proactive and shows initiative.
Social skills: Affinity for a multicultural work environment
Your tasks / Your contribution to building bridges
Order Handling: Take a central role in managing the entire order process, from entry to invoicing, covering both imports and exports.
Order Administration: Oversee logistics coordination for deliveries, create required documentation, track delivery schedules, and handle small complaints.
Payment Monitoring: Ensure timely monitoring of payments and manage the dunning process.
Collaboration and customer service: Work closely and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations. You contribute to building trust and loyalty by providing excellent service.
Your Impact: As a Sales Assistant, you play a crucial role in satisfying the expectations of our customers and suppliers. You report directly to our Area Sales Manager.
