We are seeking in Vienna or in Kunda (Estonia) a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to lead the sales of pulp, produced at ~estoniancell. ~
This is a key leadership role within our international team, offering the opportunity to shape sales strategy, develop new markets, and manage a wide range of global customers.
Sales and Business Development Manager - Pulp (m/f/d)
Lead global sales. Drive development. Shape the sustainable future of pulp.
What are your tasks?
- Develop and roll out smart sales strategies, pricing models, and plans to grow our market presence.
- Manage the international Heinzel Group sales force to sell and deliver pulp worldwide.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers – you're their trusted partner.
- Take charge of budgeting, contract negotiations, and customer agreements.
- Make sure, sales and production planning go hand in hand to meet customer needs.
- Keep an eye on market trends and competitors – and spot new business opportunities.
- Represent Heinzel Group at international trade fairs, conferences, and client meetings.
- Work closely with production and quality teams to support product development.
- Lead and coach the Estonian sales team of three
What we are looking for?
- A degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of B2B sales management experience – ideally in the pulp & paper industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- A self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong focus on results.
- Honest, open, detail-oriented, and resilient – even when things get busy.
- Analytical thinker who turns insights into action.
- Confident with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); SAP is a plus.
- Fluent in English (Estonian is a bonus).
- Willing to travel internationally and enjoy working in a multicultural environment.
