An initial selection is made on the basis of the documents you have put at our disposal (e.g. curriculum vitae, motivation letter, certificates). Depending on the position and number of applications, any issues that remain open may be clarified by phone. The first interview will be over the phone or Skype with the responsible recruiter. The next step is a personal meeting with our HR Manager followed by a meeting with the supervisors for the given department. Depending on the position, you will get to know your future tasks and colleagues in a third meeting in order to be able to give you a better insight into the company and your future professional challenge. However, the responsible recruiter will explain the exact procedure to you, depending on the specific position involved.
